About us
Since mid 2007, the number of insolvencies has increased in combination with price increases on credit risk and reduced supply of capital. At the same time, demands from regulatory authorities on reporting and transparency have strengthened. Our services are geared to respond to this development.
The structures proposed have a low operational risk as they are transparent and relatively easily analyzed by all parties. The purpose for funding trade receivables is, just like in ordinary factoring, to improve cash flow, but also to reduce the total assets on the balance sheet in a way that does not interfere with customer relations and will reduce the capital employed.
Floda Risk & Finance is registered with the Swedish Companies House [Bolagsverket] under organisation number 590501-1135 with registered offices at Master Samuelsgatan 60, Stockholm, and covers advisory and brokering services in the areas of credit risk and associated services.
