Present to market and assist in negotiating funding of credit insured exposures, with a focus on the investment grade credit rating of the insurance party and the quality of the insurance policy wording. We design the total insurance structure required – both for seller and buyer of assets – to allow for off balance treatment under IFRS. The released capital can be used as an alternative source of capital or to reduce existing total debt.
